KS3 Belgium Trip Part 2

In October 2015 Mr McBurnie Mrs Mac, Tyler Campbell and Shania Keegan embarked on a trip to Belgium to visit the battlefields. This was a huge success and was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Both Shania and Tyler then teamed up with two pupils from Hyde Community College who they met whilst on the Belgium trip and hosted a Remembrance Day event at Hyde Town Hall courtesy of Councillor Fitzpatrick. They were able to sell handmade poppies which pupils back at school had made and raised an incredible £48 for the British Legion.
A week later Matthew from the Tameside reporter came to interview Tyler and Shania and we hope to have a piece in the paper very soon watch this space!
