Ashton Market Charity Stall

Pupils and staff held a charity stall at Ashton Market on Tuesday 8th November where we raised just over £100. Together with another event, we have raised a total of just over £250 which will be donated to Reuben’s Retreat.

The market was a fantastic day, although it was a long and cold day. Members of the public were very supportive and market traders were fantastic with the pupils. The pupils involved in the charity stall were Morgan Ross and Tyler Campbell who helped out from 6.30am until 4pm. Staff member Mrs Butler helped out during the morning shift and Mrs McDonough ran the afternoon shift.

We would like to thank all staff and parents from Thomas Ashton School who donated items which were sold on the stall.
