This term in Tennyson class, the pupils have been learning about the human body. The focus of the subject has been around identifying organs and where they are in the body and what they do. The class also created a giant image of the human body, with organs displayed, as well as showing where major bones and muscles are placed.
The class has also been letting their imaginations run wild, creating ‘dystopian stories’ in Literacy. Here, pupils were asked to imagine a dark future, very different from now, where they could tell a story about someone who rebels against the situation they are presented with.
Tennyson class has also enjoyed the fake snow at ‘Chill Factore’ this term as part of their PE reward trip. The pupils loved slaloming down the slopes on rubber donuts and sledges, with everyone having great fun!
