We learnt about exercise and how important it is for our bodies.
All our children took part in doing exercise and we discussed how our bodies felt before and after exercise sessions.

Walsh group have been reading the book ‘Unbearable’ by Paul Jennings. It contains a series of short stories.
Paul Jennings was born in 1943 and emigrated to Australia aged six.
Paul’s stories are funny, weird and wacky with surprising endings.
He wants all children to have their noses in the same books and reluctant readers to discover that reading is fun.
The group have enjoyed reading the stories and especially predicting their endings. They have been learning how to retrieve information from text and also look at story settings, characters and so on.
